LIVING AREA

This inviting space boasts old Taos charm, a gorgeous kiva fireplace, large windows, and handsome viga ceilings. A plush sectional and armchair with ottoman sit before a 55” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen impresses with ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. Highlights include a 6 burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher, and Sub-Zero fridge.

Enjoy your meals with family and/or friends at the eight-seat dining table or enjoy the breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 2 and wonderful views of the birds and the beautifully landscaped yard.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and access to the fenced in backyard. An en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and shower/bath combo.

Bedroom two has a king bed, access to covered porch and breathtaking views of the mountains. An en-suite bathroom offers a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom number three boasts two queen beds, walk-in closet, the en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and shower.

All bedrooms are stocked with soft sheets, warm blankets and plenty of extra pillows.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Stunning views of the mountains and vast blue skies await on the side porch. Sit outside by the gas Adobe fireplace and drink your coffee or enjoy your meals at the round table with seating for 4.

There is a Weber grill and a Blackstone grill on the porch so that you can grill up your meals while you enjoy the mountain views and reverse sunsets.

Enjoy the Taos summers outdoors! Set up our badminton set in the backyard for family fun.

After a long hike or a day on the slopes, sink into your private hot tub and enjoy an amazing view of the stars.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TV, a washer/dryer, radiant floor heating, and driveway parking for four cars are provided.

Multiple decks of cards, board games, puzzles, Onze pads, bridge pads and a full Mah Jong set (don't forget your updated card). You will also find an exercise bike, yoga mat and kettle bell for indoor workouts.

In home office has desk, chair, library of books and air printer.

This rental does include two mini splits for either AC or heat, one is located in the living room the other is in the primary bedroom. Ceiling fans are installed in each room and can be controlled to move air for either cooling or heating.

Traditional adobe walls create a cool indoor climate in the summer. Feel free to sleep with the windows wide open at night.

While there are three fireplaces in the house, only the one in the living room is functional. No fires in the bedrooms or you will be charged $500 per fireplace to clean.

THE LOCATION

Your Taos getaway offers a quiet setting out of town on 2 acres, giving you a wonderful sense of privacy. Yet despite the secluded setting, you’re 6 miles from Taos Plaza and 12 miles from the ski area. The historic Taos plaza is home to galleries, boutiques, and popular local eateries.

Drive 13 minutes to visit the historic adobe settlement of Taos Pueblo. Also within a 15-minute drive, the 900’-deep Rio Grande Gorge is worth a visit for epic views of the canyon and river below. Picnic areas surrounding the gorge offer a perfect spot for lunch. The luxurious Ojo Caliente spa is less than an hours’ drive away.
